Associa Community Management Corporation Helps Community Win Associa Green Award

The community made a goal to win the Associa Green Award, but its first two submissions failed to win.

Resolution:

Associa Community Management Corporation’s community manager was persistent and encouraged the community to apply for the Associa Green Award for a third straight year. With the community making an effort to increase its green footprint and protect over 400 surrounding acres, the manager had plenty of information for the submission that emphasized the community’s commitment to being green. Thanks to the community manager’s perseverance and work with the board, the community successfully achieved its goal and ended up winning the coveted award and getting recognized for its green endeavors.
